Make Money Online

Make Money Online Writing Hubpages

If you are looking to make some quick cash online or build some valuable inbound links to your website(or both) you should consider writing hubpages. Hubpages are one of the easiest ways to make money online. Writing a hubpage is virtually the same thing as writing an article but with way more benefits. Most people distribute articles to articles directories for free in exchange for a link to their website.

Then the article directories get to cash in on all your hard work and make money by placing ads next to your article while all you get is 2 inbound links. Well, with a hubpage you get that same valuable link to your website or blog, but you get to keep the money the article makes. Instead of being limited to two links in a small resource box at the bottom of the article you get to place as many links as you want, wherever you want.

Hubpages is a website that allows members to write as many article (referred to as hub pages) and place as many links to their website as they want. The article do not have to be approved and are instantly published with the click of a mouse. Even better, you can still customize your pages with bullets, bold lettering, links, and much more if you know zero html. This website is set up so even the most inexperienced internet marketers can achieve success in making money online and raising link popularity.

5 Ways You Can Make Money Online With A Hubpage

  • Google Adsense Ads
  • Kontera Text Link Ads
  • Sell Amazon Products
  • Post eBay Affiliate Products
  • Post Your Own Links To Affiliate Products
My Success With Hubpages
I started writing hub pages at first just to gain some valuable inbound links to my website to raise my link popularity and increase my search engine rankings. Since I already had a google ad sense I decided I might as well place ads on it can collect a small amount of change. I did not expect to make much money or really any money for that matter.

In 6 months I made $250 from Google ad sense ads alone. It was a pleasant surprise . After that I decided to incorporate all the other monetization models hub pages offers into all my articles. The result was just what I expected. I went from making about $1.50 per day to around $5 per day(roughly $100 a month) when I averaged in the additional revenue from the Kontera text links, amazon products, eBay products, and links I placed to affiliate products.

While it is not much money, it certainly beats writing articles for free and seeing none of the revenue. If you have written any article for article distribution I would recommend distributing those article to hub pages as well. You will earn a fair share of revenue from them not to mention tons of valuable inbound links.

    Premature Hair Greying

Premature Hair Greying, causes of hair greying and its preventions.

The hair has a tendency to lose its natural colour with advancing age and turn grey, but premature greying is a morbid condition and it makes even the young look older. The hair is an appendage of the skin. It is composed of the same kinds of cells as are found in the outer layer of the skin, which is known as the epidermis. Hair grows from hair follicles which are deep recesses in the epidermis. The sebaceous glands of the scalp secrete an oily substance called sebum, which is the source of nutrition, lustre, and blackness of the hair. The hair cannot be fed externally, for such nourishment, as the scalp requires, must come to it from the bloodstream.

Symptoms of Premature Greying of Hair

Causes of Premature Greying of HairPremature Greying of Hair Symptoms, Causes, Remedy and Diet
Faulty diet, Mental worries and lack of vitamins
A faulty diet and mental worries are the two primary causes of premature greying of hair. Lack of some of the B vitamins, iron, copper, and iodine in the daily diet is said to be a contributory factor. Mental worries produce extraordinary tension in the skin of the scalp; this interferes with the supply of vital nutrition necessary for the health of the hair.
Heredity, unclean condition of scalp etc
Other causes of premature greying of hair are an unclean condition of the scalp, washing the hair with hot water, drying it with an electric dryer, and use of hair dyes. Heredity is also a predisposing factor.
Home Remedies for Premature Greying of Hair
Premature Greying of Hair home remedies and natural cures, Questions and answers
Premature Greying of Hair treatment using Indian Gooseberry
The use of Indian gooseberry is the foremost among the home remedies found beneficial in the prevention and treatment of premature greying of hair. This is a valuable hair tonic for enriching hair growth and hair pigmentation. The fruit, cut into pieces, should be dried, preferably in shade. These pieces should be boiled in coconut oil till the solid matter becomes like charred dust. This darkish oil is very useful against premature greying. The water in which dried indian gooseberry pieces have been soaked overnight is also nourishing for the hair. This water should be used for the last rinse while washing the hair. Massaging the scalp every night with a teaspoonful of indian gooseberry juice, mixed with a teaspoon of almond oil and a few drops of lime juice, also proves beneficial in the prevention and treatment of premature greying of hair.
Premature Greying of Hair treatment using Amaranth
Amaranth is another effective home remedy for hair disorders. Application of the fresh juice of the leaves of this vegetable helps the hair to retain its black colour and prevents it from premature greying. It also helps the growth of the hair and keeps it soft.
Premature Greying of Hair treatment using Curry Leaves
Liberal intake of curry leaves is considered beneficial in preventing premature greying of hair. These leaves have the property of providing vitality and strength to hair roots. New hair roots that grow are healthier and contain a normal pigment. The leaves can be used in the form of spicy condiment, or may be squeezed in buttermilk. When the leaves are boiled in coconut oil, the oil forms an excellent hair tonic to stimulate hair growth and bring back hair pigmentation.
Premature Greying of Hair treatment using Ribbed Gourd
Ribbed gourd boiled in coconut oil is also an effective remedy for premature greying of hair. Pieces of this vegetable should be dried in the shade. These dried pieces should be soaked in coconut oil and kept aside for three or four days. The oil should then be boiled till the solid is reduced to a blackened residue. This oil should be massaged into the scalp. It will help enrich the hair roots and restore pigment to the hair.
Premature Greying of Hair treatment using Butter
The butter made from cow's milk has the property of preventing premature greying of hair. A small roll may be taken internally and a little quantity may be massaged into the hair roots twice a week.
Premature Greying of Hair treatment using Vitamins
The vitamins considered useful in guarding against premature greying of hair are pantothenic acid, para-aminobenzoic acid (paba), inositol. The minimum daily requirement of these vitamins appears to be 10 mg of pantothenic acid, 100 mg of para-aminobenzoic acid, and 2 gm of inositol. To obtain satisfactory results, all three of these vitamins belonging to the B group should be supplied at one time, preferably in a form which supplies all the B vitamins, such as yeast and liver. The three anti-greying-hair vitamins can also be produced in the intestinal tract by bacteria. Thus, taking a sufficient quantity of yoghurt daily and a tablespoonful of yeast before each meal is an excellent remedy for the prevention and treatment of premature greying of hair. If one wishes to take tablets of calcium pantothenate and para-aminobenzoic acid (paba), they should be taken in addition to the yeast and yoghurt, and not as a substitute for them.
Dietaries for Premature Greying of HairPremature Greying of Hair : Home Remedies suggested by users
    Take nutrients rich diet
Diet is of utmost importance in the prevention and treatment of premature greying of hair and persons suffering from this disorder should take a diet rich in all essential nutrients.
Avoid devitalising foods, soft drinks etc
Devitalising foods such as white flour, refined sugar and all products made from them, soft drinks, pastries, jams and jellies should be avoided. These foods take away energy, cause wrinkles, unattractive skin, grey hair, and premature old age.
Other Premature Greying of Hair treatments

How to select a good perfume?

Always we become confused to select the right perfume.?

Here I am describing how to select the good perfume.

    step1
Research your personal taste in fragrance. Do you like to smell lemons, vanilla, roses, musk?

    Step2
Ask the woman wearing the intriguing scent of freesia what her perfume is called.

    Step3
Think of fragrances the same way you think of music: top, middle and base notes. Note that a top note is what you smell first; citrus and light spices are the first smells to evaporate.

    Step4
Focus on your favorite smells and take that knowledge to the fragrance counter, where a skillful salesperson will lead you in the right direction. Clean linens, tea, grapefruit, citronella candles, vanilla beans, or even rainwater will be hints.

    Step5
Apply a scent and wait 10 minutes. Remember to spray on pulse points, where skin is warmest, for best diffusion of scent.

    Step6
Sniff the test spot again. Still like it? Chances are you'll like it tomorrow, but keep in mind that as the top and middle notes evaporate, you're left with the heaviest oils.

    Step7
Ask for a wrapped package when you make your decision.

    Tips when selecting the perfume.
    • Clear your nose with coffee beans while testing a lot of different perfumes; ask for one at the counter.
    • Some women like a cleaner, citrusy smell for casual wear, and a muskier fragrance for special occasions.
    • Remember that the less you expose the perfume or cologne to the air, the longer it will last.
    • Navigate through your choices. In order of highest to lowest concentration of oils, and therefore most to least expensive: perfume, eau de parfum, eau de toilette, eau de cologne and body splash.
    • Shop at a reputable store for the freshest, most genuine perfumes.
    • Ask a store about return policies, which can vary.

Bodybuilding Guide Gain Muscle and Lose Fat With This Bodybuilding Guide By Hugo Rivera

    I ntroduction

N ew Year's resolutions typically include, amongst many other things, the goals of losing fat and gaining muscle, of course. In my opinion, bodybuilding is the fastest way to achieve these goals, as by definition, bodybuilding is following a lifestyle that uses weight training, cardiovascular exe rcise and nutrition to re-shape your physique through the increase of lean muscle mass and reduction of fat stores.

Can I Use Body building Even If I Do Not Want To Get Too Big?

But wait a minute! You never want to step on a bodybuilding stage, nor do you have dreams of getting that big anyways. If that is the case, not a problem! To me, a bodybuilder is anyone that uses weight training, cardiovascular exercise and nutrition to accomplish specific fitness goals.

In this bodybuilding site I share with you the knowledge I've gained through many years of practicing the bodybuilding lifestyle so that you too can achieve any physique goal you may have. How far you take your physique development or whether you ever get to compete or not are entirely up to you.

And if you fear getting too big by accident then believe me, that look will definitely not happen by mere chance. This is especially true for women since they do not produce the amount of testosterone needed to grow their muscles to the size that a man can accommplish. It takes years of strict adherence (almost to an obsessive level) to a bodybuilding lifestyle, in addition to calculated planning of your workouts and nutrition plan, to accomplish such an endeavor.

However, if getting really big and shredded (bodybuilding term for defined) is your goal, then no need to worry as in this site you will find all of the information you will need to accomplish that as well.

Let's Get Started On The Path To A New You Through Bodybuiding!

To help you achieve your bodybuilding endeavors, whether these are to simply gain a few pounds of muscle and lose a lot of bodyfat to look good at the beach, to gain tons of muscle weight or to get ready for a bodybuilding competition, I decided to put together this resource guide that will point you to all of the relevant information that you will need in order to accomplish your goals.

You will find everything here: bodybuilding training routines, diet plans and bodybuilding supplements' advice. Now there is no excuse for not accomplishing your bodybuilding goals in this New Year!

    1. Set realistic and measurable goals and attack them with the right mindset. I always say, aim high but be realistic. For instance, if on the next 12 weeks you plan on losing 50 lbs of fat, then that is unrealistic. Instead, settle for a loss of 1.5 to 2 lbs on the average per week and that will equate to 18-24 lbs! Twelve more weeks of dieting and you will accomplish your long-term 50 lb loss. When it comes to muscle gain we really need to be patient. If you have 14-inch arms, do not expect them to be 18 by the end of 12 weeks. Instead settle for ¼ - ½ of an inch. If however, you are an advanced stage, like myself for instance, it took me a year and a half to get my arms from 18 inches to 18.5 inches. Therefore, the more advanced you are, the more patient you need to be
